It increases your home’s value. According to the NAR, 23% of buyer’s agents said that staged homes increased the dollar home value offered between 1-5%, compared to other homes that were not staged.
If your home is outdated, overly cluttered, or needs repairs (that you don’t have resources to address before selling), staging can help divert a buyer’s attention.
