Here's your reminder to unplug and take some time to unwind this holiday season! I know I'm looking forward to some time off these next few days. ⁣

After all, studies show that unplugging:⁣

Reduces stress and anxiety⁣
Helps to refocus and more fully experience gratitude⁣
Reduces feelings of loneliness⁣
Gives margin to enjoy life’s simple pleasures⁣
Allows one to be present with the people they love most⁣

When you see it spelled out like that, it’s hard to imagine NOT unplugging!
