Unplugging during the holidays
Here's your reminder to unplug and take some time to unwind this holiday season! I know I'm looking forward to some time off these next few days.
After all, studies show that unplugging:
Reduces stress and anxiety
Helps to refocus and more fully experience gratitude
Reduces feelings of loneliness
Gives margin to enjoy life’s simple pleasures
Allows one to be present with the people they love most
When you see it spelled out like that, it’s hard to imagine NOT unplugging!
