If you’re thinking of selling in 2022, here’s a checklist to help you get started. Your agent will do the heavy lifting and make selling your house a walk in the park!
1. Make a list of your reasons for selling.
2. Ask friends and neighbors for agent referrals.
3. Interview the agents and choose the one you “click” with.
4. Consider home repairs and upgrades
