Normy Nominations

For those of you that live in Lake Norman the Normy Awards may be familiar to you. If you don’t live in the area but you plan on moving here or just like to come and visit, then the Normy’s are a great resource.

So, what are they……? They are local “best of awards” that are given out to businesses in the Lake Norman area. The business is nominated and voted on by the community. The Normy’s cover over 100 categories from best burger and BBQ to Best Dentist and pet care, plus everything in between.

The process starts with nominations, which are happening right now (Click here). People can nominate their favorite business for each category. The businesses that get the most nominations moves on to the voting round.

We will keep you updated on all the steps in the process as they happen so you can not only nominate and vote but also use the winners as a local Lake Norman resource guide!
