Victoria loves houses. Ever since she was a child visiting house museums, exploring abandoned factories, and eventually graduating from SCAD with a degree in Historic Preservation, her passion for domestic architecture has fueled her desire to serve others in their real estate endeavors. In her former life, Victoria was a Restoration Carpenter. Any given day you could find her climbing scaffolding, crawling under houses, painting, restoring and renovating historic structures all over downtown Savannah, Georgia. These days, she lives in Mooresville with her husband, two children, aunt, uncle, and two dogs.
Through working hands on with historic structures after college, Victoria has evaluated and improved Historic homes, either aesthetically, for the owner’s delight, or structurally and functionally, for the owner’s peace of mind. Victoria has acquired a keen eye and strong sense of right and wrong in regards to form and function of architecture and spaces. Victoria was able to execute her holistic understanding when working on properties throughout Savannah’s Historic neighborhoods, while still understanding the crucial influence that the natural environment has on human constructions. Victoria enjoys cooperating with people to find smart solutions to problems.
“I also feel that it is important to hear all opinions before jumping to conclusions. Working with different people and committees to reach a common goal, connecting people in order to complete projects and solve issues is a passion of mine”.
